Fans who remember HBO’s take on late-night in “The Larry Sanders Show” were in for a treat on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

One of the “Late Night” guests was none other than Jeffrey Tambor, aka Hank Kingsley, the sidekick on the HBO comedy. (“Hey now!”)

Tambor brought back Kingsley for one night only, introducing the show in character while producers echoed the look and feel of “The Larry Sanders Show.”
