Andy Dick and his partner Sharna Burgess were outraged after judges criticized the comedian and gave him his lowest score ever on Monday night’s Dancing with the Stars.

“It’s not fair,” Andy complained to reporters after receiving a dismal 17 out of 30 for his rumba with Sharna on Latin dance night.   And as part of that score, Judge Carrie Ann Inaba only gave him a 5!

“And I didn’t get to say a word.  Did you notice?  They don’t give me the mic,” Andy fumed.

“She shouldn’t compare us with the other dancers,” he said, pointing out he can’t possibly move like Disney star Zendaya Coleman, 16.  “I’m never going to be a Zendaya.  I’m the oldest one in the cast right now.”

And Sharna saw red when Judge Bruno Tonioli told Andy, 47, he’d rather forget his dance.

“I adore this man and we’ve become very close, and to see him be the butt of the joke every week for absolutely no reason when he nearly kills himself working so hard,” she shuddered.  Sharna accused Bruno of using Andy as a punch line because his comments weren’t “even constructive.  There hasn’t been one week when he’s said, work on your this, work on your that, straighten your legs, whatever it is, nothing.  [He’s compared him to] Woody Allen, Cloris Leachman, and now we want to forget the dance entirely.  I’m over it!  The last time I checked, this was a dance competition.  Give me dance advice!”

Sharna admitted the bad reviews are happening because the show is in the home stretch and headed for the finale.  “I’m sure they know who they want to see in the final and you’re human so that’s what you push for.  I don’t think they see us as one of them,” she sighed.

But at the end of their Monday night interview, Andy wanted to accentuate the positive.  “She’s mad at Bruno right now but let’s hope that changes.  We very much appreciate what the judges say in terms of that we’re entertaining, we give it our all.  If we can hang on one more week—we know our dance, it’s an amazing song, we have this other dance, it’s a trio—me, her, and another dancer.”

Meanwhile, Sharna challenged Judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann, and Bruno to perform on trio week as a trio themselves!  “They all need to come out and do a trio for us.  That’s what I think,” she said.

Andy joked, “I’ll spank them on the butt with a paddle.”

Now that we’d like to see!
