As the departure date for Joy Behar from “The View” draws nearer and Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s future is up in the air, millions of fans of the show are wondering who, exactly, will fill those chairs on the popular daytime show.
One person, however, couldn’t care less… Whoopi Goldberg.
“Let me tell you this about ‘The View’: I take a paycheck every other week. That’s all I do. I could give a sh-t what comes. I do my job — I have a contract. That’s where I stand. I don’t give a f-ck,” Goldberg told Us Weekly.
Just in case anyone misunderstood, she goes on to give more detail about those feelings.
“I don’t care. That’s not my job,” she said. “My job is to show up and be cute by 11 o’clock and get the f— off that show by 12. And that’s what I try to do.”
