Until producers of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” settle on the new cast members for the fourth season of the hit Bravo show, we’ll be hearing a lot of names coming in and out of the rumor mill.
The hot name this week is Lisa Rinna who has allegedly been approached about joining the show, according to Radar Online. There are at least two “Housewives” spots to fill with the departures of Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer, and Taylor Armstrong has also been widely rumored to be on the chopping block.
Rinna, who is currently competing on the “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice” season and has been married to husband Harry Hamlin for 16 years, has the “credentials” producers are said to be looking for.
“Lisa already knows people at Bravo and they really like her. She’s funny but she’s got a great sense of humor so she can send zingers,” a source tells Radar. “Lisa would be brought on to the show to stir up sh*t, especially with Brandi and that’s exactly the new life that the show needs!” they added.
Rinna revealed a few years back that she was previously in the running to join the original cast for “RHOBH” back in Season 1.
“We were in discussions originally,” Rinna said in a 2011 interview of passing up “The Real Housewives.” “I was up for it, and at the time I did my show instead of ‘Beverly Hills.’ It was part of the process, but then my show came along so I ended up doing our show ["TV Land's "Harry Loves Lisa"].”
The Season 3 reunion drama continues on “RHOBH” Monday at 9/8c on Bravo. Watch a Scene Below.
