Ellen DeGeneres is celebrating her 10-year anniversary on the air … by sticking around even longer.

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” has been renewed through the 2016-2017 season, NBC announced Monday.

DeGeneres, arguably the queen of daytime (next to Judge Judy, of course), is more popular than ever, so the contract extension isn’t a surprise (her previous deal covered 2010-2014), but is still good news for fans of Ellen’s talk show.

The syndicated show has been picked up in the 10 NBC-owned stations in the major markets, as well as 179 other stations, representing more than 96% of the country.
