Brother-sister “Dancing” duo Julianne Hough and Derek Hough are bringing their world championship dance experience to TV, this time behind the scenes.

The professional dancer siblings are developing a new scripted drama for Starz set in the competitive world of ballroom dancing, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Called “Blackpool,” the drama will center around the prestigious annual ballroom competition in Blackpool, England, and will reveal “the darker side” of ballroom dancing, says THR.

While Julianne has moved on from dancing to country singing to an acting career in films such as the new romance movie “Safe Haven” and the remake of “Footloose,” Derek remains the anchor attraction on ABC’s hit dance competition “Dancing with the Stars.” As announced Tuesday morning on “Good Morning America,” Derek will be competing on this upcoming season with celebrity partner Kellie Pickler of “American Idol” fame. Season 16 of “DWTS” premieres March 18 on ABC.
