There could be a bloodbath coming to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Multiple reports of a major cast shake-up are swirling, with some speculating that the majority of the current “Housewives” could be fired in favor of some fresh blood for Season 4.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Adrienne Maloof and Taylor Armstrong were on the way out, but now it sounds like it could be worse than first thought.

Radar claims that embattled sisters Kyle and Kim Richards are also on the chopping block, while the third season’s new Housewife Yolanda Foster has been considered something of a dud.

“She [Yolanda] was brought in as a super-rich trophy wife, but she’s just been so boring to watch and doesn’t add anything to the dynamic of the group,” a source told Radar.

Producers are reportedly considering such names as former “Extra” host Dayna Devon, Rod Stewart’s wife Penny Lancaster, Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer and Lionel Richie’s wife Brenda as possible replacements, according to Radar’s sources.

Bravo has not commented as an official decision on who’s returning next season has not yet been made.
