‘CSI’ Guys Collide in Two-Part Crossover Stunt — First Look

CBS’s big two-part “CSI” crossover event is here, offering viewers a hot new duo (at least for two episodes).

On tonight’s “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” D.B. Russell (Ted Danson) and Det. Mac Taylor finally come together to work a case when Gary Sinise’sCSI: NY” character heads to Las Vegas to surprise his girlfriend … and discovers she’s missing.

D.B. assists Mac with the very personal investigation, which then resumes on Friday’s episode of “CSI: NY,” where Danson guest stars as the storyline wraps up.

Part 2 finds D.B. Russell on Mac’s turf when he flies to the Big Apple to help Taylor determine what the kidnappers’ motives could be and whether or not his girlfriend Christine is still alive.

“CSI” airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on CBS. “CSI: NY” airs Fridays at 9/8c on CBS.
