Rob Corddry Outed as ABC’s ‘Spy’

ABC has recruited “Childrens’ Hospital” star Rob Corddry as the star of its comedy pilot “Spy,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor and comedian will play Tim, “a well-intentioned father of a highly intelligent and verbal son, who also happens to be his complete opposite who inadvertently takes a job at the secret service in order to prove himself a worthy father,” according to the story. The series is based on a British series of the same name.

Corddry has also been seen in series such as “Community” and “The Daily Show,” as well as films such as “Hot Tub Time Machine.”
