The Colbert Report” offered up the ultimate, unthinkable spoof on Thursday’s show — the men of “Downton Abbey” going “bad” — acting out scenes from AMC’s druggie drama “Breaking Bad“!

What on Earth brought that about? Revenge.

Bitter that First Lady Michelle Obama — a huge “Downton Abbey” fan — was able to score an early copy of the upcoming third season of British sensation, Colbert “strikes back at her highness” by “scoring” his own “sneak preview.”

Apparently, “Breaking Bad” creator Vince Gilligan sent Colbert “a scene” from the final season of the show called … “Breaking Abbey“.

Colbert actually recruited stars of the “Abbey” — Hugh Bonneville, Rob James-Collier and Jim Carter — for the spoof that puts turns the castle into a meth lab. Care for a spot of Black Chamomile Crank?

“Downton Abbey,” which has already been renewed for a fourth season, debuts Season 3 in the U.S. on Jan. 6, 2013, on PBS.
