Led Zeppelin Interview Proves Challenging but Amusing for Letterman

Fresh off their Kennedy Center Honors celebration Sunday night, Led Zeppelin members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant graced the “Late Show with David Letterman” stage Monday night in a rare television appearance together.

The interview opportunity seemed like a genuine thrill for Letterman, who was also honored at Sunday’s Kennedy Center reception.  At times, Dave appeared challenged but amused by the trio’s general caginess and choice not to provide straight answers to his questions ranging from flying shirtless, to Viking sex and meeting Elvis.
