When it comes to pop-culture sensation Honey Boo Boo, you’re either a lover or a hater, and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine definitely falls in the latter camp.

Never one to hold back his feelings, “The Voice” coach viciously bashes the star of the hit TLC reality show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” in a new interview with GQ magazine.

“Seriously, Honey Boo Boo is the DECAY of Western civilization,” Levine tells GQ. “Just because so many people watch the show doesn’t mean it’s good. So many people witness atrocities and can’t take their eyes away from them, but that doesn’t mean they’re good. That show is literally The. Worst. Thing. That’s. Ever. Happened.”

Honey Boo Boo (aka seven-year-old Alana Thompson) parlayed her breakout-star status from “Toddlers & Tiaras” into her own TLC spin-off — featuring her super southern family and all their fart-happy, “sketti”-eating charms — that’s become something of a hillbilly hit.

Just to make sure everyone understands how he really feels about Honey Boo Boo, Mama June and Sugar Bear, the singer drops a string of F bombs about those people.

“It’s complete f***ing ignorance and the most despicable way to treat your kids. F*** those people. You can put that in the magazine: F*** those idiots. They’re just the worst. Sorry, I’m so sensitive to that — like, I don’t know, man, it’s upsetting. Just to clarify, I said, ‘F*** THOSE PEOPLE.’”
