In what may be appear like the strangest of bedfellows, comedian Adam Carolla is joining the Fox News channel, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Carolla will primarily serve as a contributor on Bill O’Reilly’s top-rated program, “The O’Reilly Factor.” THR says his role will be similar to that of fellow comedian Dennis Miller,
who offers commentary on political and social issues every Wednesday.

Carolla will make his “Factor” debut on Monday’s episode. He’s set to appear weekly and is expected to contribute to other Fox News programs as well.
