After calling child abuse on her estranged husband a week ago in a courtroom, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof’s claims are now out the window.
The Department of Children and Family Services has ruled that Maloof’s claims that Paul Nassif choked one of their sons and hit another were untrue, according to TMZ. In fact, the department “strongly” disagreed with the allegations and wrote a report, after questioning the boys, that categorically concluded there was no such abuse.
As a result of the allegations, Paul was barred from seeing his children via court order. Now, he will return to the court to ask a judge to remove both that order as well as the temporary custody order on grounds that Adrienne fraudulently submitted the claim. In addition, he will “ask for sanctions against his estranged wife, claiming she viciously concocted the abuse story to get revenge,” according to TMZ.
