Is the “Bad Boy of the Ballroom” leaving the building?

Dance pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy claims he’s leaving “Dancing with the Stars” when his contract expires at the end of next year.

For this year’s 15th season, Maks is re-teaming with Kirstie Alley for the show’s highly anticipated “All-Stars” edition, which premieres Monday at 8/7c on ABC.

“What else do I have to do there after 15 seasons?” Maks tells The Post. “It makes total sense. The audience can’t expect for me to want to stick around, and the producers can’t expect for me to want to stick around,” tells The New York Post.

“I loved doing it. But to be honest with you, at 32, I am at what-about-me time,” Maks said. “I wish them the next 50 years of success. But I have to do something else. I need to move on for me.”

What does he want to move on to? Acting, of course. Or maybe a reality show….

The two-hour live Season 15 premiere of “DWTS: All-Stars” airs Monday, Sept. 24 at 8/7c on ABC.
