A judge awarded “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof temporary custody of her three boys after telling a courtroom that her estranged husband, Paul Nassif, choked one of their sons a week ago.
TMZ reports that Adrienne’s lawyer filed a declaration today in which she claimed that Nassif picked their children up from school last Thursday and allegedly reached back in the car to choke one of the boys around the Adam’s apple after the siblings got in an argument.
The reality star also claims that later that day, the boys were taking a bath together and once again started arguing after one of them “peed in the tub.” Maloof says that her estranged husband then grabbed one of the youths, spanked him then “threw him in the corner.”
On top of that, the couple’s chef also filed a declaration stating that he saw Nassif kicking the family dog when it peed on the floor. The list apparently goes on.
The pair are still living together despite their divorce proceedings.
TMZ writes that Nassif denies all of the allegations.
“This smacks of underhandedness,” his lawyer told the site. “Adrienne wasn’t even present when this allegedly occurred. It is a sad day when parents have to stoop to the level of making false allegations against another parent.”
