Ann Romney’s favorite TV show may be “Modern Family,” but producers of the show aren’t exactly sharing the love.

The wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney recently revealed that her favorite show in television was ABC’s own “Modern Family.” That would normally be a compliment for producers, but since the show features gay couple Cam and Mitch who are in a committed relationship, one of the show’s co-creators-Steve Levitan-expressed his frustration with her husband’s stance on gay marriage.

Levitan wrote on Twitter that he would gladly welcome her to appear on the show, with one big condition.

“Thrilled Ann Romney says ModFam is her favorite show. We’ll offer her the role of officiant at Mitch & Cam’s wedding. As soon as it’s legal,” he tweeted to fans.

Romney of course, has stated throughout his presidential campaign that he does not support gay marriage, and that agenda was reinforced this week at the Republican convention in Florida.
