Sesame Street” continues to gain “Street” cred with their adorably witty spoofs of pop culture, and in their latest effort they take on NBC’s “The Voice.”

This one features muppets dressed as “Voice” coaches Cee Lo Green (or Blue, in this case), an appropriately glam Christina Aguilera, a bearded Blake Shelton and host Carson Daly. The fourth “Voice” mentor Adam Levine is conspicuously absent, but maybe there’s a surprise in store.

The fun clip below teases the segment, which pokes a little fun at Daly, who’s taken a few knocks over the years, and does so here, literally.

The muppet version of Daly introduces the show saying, “Finally, a singing competition that’s entirely about your voice, no distractions and no cheap gimmicks,” just as the gang’s gimmicky trademark red chairs swing around … and knock Daly right off his feet!

Season 3 of “The Voice” returns on Monday, Sept. 10, at 8/7c on NBC. “Sesame Street” returns on Sept. 24 for its 43rd season on PBS Kids. In addition to “The Voice,” the new season will also spoof the PBS hit “Downton Abbey.”
