MTV can’t get enough of Snooki.

The network announced Friday that it has renewed “Snooki & JWoww,” giving the “Jersey” girls’ spin-off series the greenlight for a second season.

Snooks and JWoww’s sideshow adventures premiered in June to 2.4 million viewers, which was pretty much on par with another “Shore” thing’s spin-off–the premiere of “The Pauly D Project” drew 2.9 million viewers. By comparison, the fifth season of “Jersey Shore” debuted in January with 7.6 million viewers.

The network also announced the premiere date for Season 6 of “Jersey Shore,” which just wrapped up filming after the Fourth of July.

The new season — which has already made headlines between Deena Nicole Cortese’s arrest and Snooki’s impending mommyhood — will kick off Thursday, Oct. 4 at 10/9c on MTV.
