The reality TV curse continues…
“Real Housewives” power couple Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif are splitting up after nine years of marriage.
Nassif, a plastic surgeon, is planning to file for separation from his wife this week, according to TMZ. The couple, who married in 2002, has three sons together.
Following that report, Maloof, whose family owns the NBA team the Sacramento Kings and Las Vegas’ Palms Hotel and Casino, gave a comment confirming the news.
“I’m so sorry that this is happening, but my children are my life, and sometimes we need to do what’s best for them,” Maloof told RadarOnline.
“It’s an unfortunate situation, but I have to have my kids’ best interest at heart,” she added.
Adrienne and Paul star on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” where they were regularly seen arguing and eye-rolling at each other but always played it off as, Oh, we’re just the Bickersons. It’s our thing. Isn’t it cute?
So basically, viewers of the show…totally saw this coming.
It’s not yet known how an impending divorce may affect their participation on the Bravo series.
The third season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” premieres in September.
