‘RHONYC’: Will the New Wives Be the Toast (or Terrors) of the Town?

What would summer be without a Gucci bag full of bitchery to look forward every Monday night?
That’s right, “The Real Housewives of New York City” are back! The fifth season premieres Monday, June 4, at 9/8c on Bravo.

This season they’re mixing a potent new cocktail, featuring a trio of new “Housewives,” including Aviva Drescher (Fran’s cousin), Carole Radziwill (a member of the Kennedy clan) and designer Heather Thomson (all of whom replace fired cast members Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, Kelly Killoren Bensimon and Cindy Barshop). See what the new girls hath wrath in the clip above.

They join returning cast members Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer, but there’s at least one newbie who doesn’t plan to follow in the tipsy footsteps of certain pinot-loving costars.

Carole Radziwill, 48, tells The New York Post that you won’t be seeing her overdoing the champagne.

“You’ll see on the show, I’m like, ‘Enough with the f**king toasting!’” she says, joking about the wives’ habit of saying ‘Cheers, dahlings’ to every random “moment.”

Now, if she banishes phony cheek-to-cheek air kisses too, then we’ll really be impressed with the newest Housewife on the block.

Which One of Them Will Be the First to Discover You Don’t Cross the Countess???
