Giuliana and Bill Rancic excitedly announced Monday that they are finally having a baby, via a gestational surrogate.

While they are keeping the baby’s gender a secret, along with the identity of their carrier, the Rancics did reveal the baby is due in late summer.

The reality TV couple of five years has struggled with multiple rounds of failed IVF treatments and a miscarriage. Adding to their grief, Giuliana, 37, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and recently underwent a double mastectomy.

But their fortune has changed, and on tonight’s “Giuliana & Bill,” viewers get a very emotional look at the moment the couple receives the doctor’s long, long awaited phone call delivering the news that they are expecting their first child.

Watch Giuliana’s overwhelmed reaction to the news that she’s going to be a mommy in the clip above.

Following an hourlong episode of “G&B”, Giuliana & Bill are hosting a 30-minute special, “Giuliana & Bill: Baby Dreams” (Tuesday at 9/8c), revealing new details on the couple’s surrogate and their journey to parenthood.

“We have a very special show after #GandB [Tuesday] night about surrogacy,” Giuliana Tweeted Tuesday. “Will answer questions people may have. Airs on Style right after.”

“Giuliana & Bill” airs Tuesday at 8/7c on the Style Network.
