Today” took cameras behind the scenes of the famed Duggar family from TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” to see what, exactly, went in to raising a clan of 21 people. In fact, they shared 19 facts about what it’s like to be a Duggar.

NBC reporter Savannah Guthrie interviewed members of the family to see what a typical morning was like in the household and discovered that when it comes to food, the monthly grocery bill comes to about $3000! Over the course of a single day, the family can go through: 3 dozen eggs, 20 biscuits, 3 loaves of bread, 4 pounds of sloppy joe meat, 3 pounds of green beans, 5 pounds of turkey bacon, 3 pounds of potatoes, 2 watermelons, 2 family-size bags of lettuce, 4 pounds of spaghetti noodles, 10 oranges, 4 pounds of grapes, 3 loaves of French bread, 2 pans of brownies, and 1 gallon of vanilla ice cream.

Other facts that were revealed: there are nine bathrooms; they do 35 loads of laundry per week; they had to set up their own mail room, the family goes through 48 boxes of cereal per month and they had to turn the garage into the pantry.

In the end, Guthrie told the family, “I don’t know how you do this every day. I’m exhausted!”
