“Teen Mom 2” star Leah Messer has gotten married for the second time.

The 19-year-old mother of twins wed fiance Jeremy Calvert Wednesday in Catlettsburg, Ky., as MTV cameras rolled, according to the local media.

The couple exchanged vows in a “casual” ceremony in front approximately 15-20 guests, including Messer’s two-year-old twin daughters, Aliannah and Aleeah.

“Everybody was happy and joyful and took a ton of pictures,” said the Rev. Marty Gute, who officiated the union.

Messer filed for divorce from first husband Corey Simms last year.
