A heartless schemer and a former teen heartthrob (Dawson!) team up with a naive newbie in a wicked new mid-season sitcom.

When a young woman (Dreama Walker) moves to New York City for her dream job, she’s quickly scammed by her new roommate Chloe (Krysten Ritter), only to learn after the fact … “Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23.”

The dream job goes up in smoke before you can say life’s a B—-, forcing June to stick with her morally challenged roommate in Apt. 23 — but the best part of this sitcom is the B’s best friend … it’s Dawson, from “Dawson’s Creek.” Yes, James Van Der Beek costars as himself (albeit it a more comedic version of himself).

“Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23″ officially premieres Wednesday, April 11 at 9:30/8:30c on ABC, but you can watch the first episode now.
