Kelly Clarkson apparently loves “The Voice” so much, that she has been pressuring her manager to get her an audition on the show. “I want to see how many chairs turn around,” the multi-platinum selling “Idol” alum jokes to Xtina No. 2 (“Voice” Social Media Correspondent, Christina Milian) in the interview above. For now, she’ll have to settle for a position as an adviser on Team Blake. Starting with next week’s Battle Rounds, Clarkson will help Blake Shelton mentor six members of his team, while Shelton’s wife Miranda Lambert will assist with the other six. Clarkson says she loves working with Blake – despite, she says, him seeming like an “ass” on Twitter – and can’t wait for America to see how they’ve molded these six contestants – contestants who, by the way, she believes she shaped better than Miranda. Watch Clarkson discuss her new role on “The Voice” above. The Battle Rounds kick off on “The Voice” this Monday, March 5 at 8/7c on NBC.
