“Model” producers are getting smart about their casting process for next season.

The CW has renewed Tyra Banks’ “America’s Next Top Model” for another cycle – and there’ll be a twist.

Season 19, which is slated to air in fall 2012, has been christened the “college edition,” the network announced Thursday.

The show is holding casting calls in universities across the country, scouting everywhere from the Ivy Leagues to the top party schools. The ladies will vie for a prize package that will launch their modeling careers, as well as help them earn their degrees, according to the release.

Looks like the show is inspired by their fearless leader Tyra Banks, who just herself graduated from Harvard Business School. “SUCH an exciting moment 4 me & wanted 2 share w/u!” Tyra wrote on Twitter.
