Prepare to spend another season vowing never to go out to dinner. FOX has picked up Gordon Ramsay‘s “Kitchen Nightmares” for a fifth season. “It’s great to be back for a fifth season…who knew there were that many nightmares to be had?!” Ramsay said in a press release announcing the move. Sixteen episodes have been ordered.

Over the first four seasons, according to the release, Ramsay has tried to turn around 54 different restaurants. It seems like his batting average is about .500, with roughly half the restaurants he’s tried to help closing either before or after the episode they’re in airs.

The producers and Ramsay have run into their share of controversy with the show, as they’ve been sued for exaggerating how poor the conditions have been at some of the restaurants they’ve visited, and the owner of one of the more successful turnarounds, Campania in New Jersey, committed suicide in 2010 (the reasons had little to do with the show’s visit, but the incident was jarring nevertheless).
