More celebrities have been added to the already impressive roster of guests honoring Betty White‘s upcoming 90th birthday.

Ellen DeGeneres, Morgan Freeman, Tina Fey, Ray Romano, Seth Meyers and Tracy Morgan, Carl Reiner, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Vicki Lawrence, and John O’Hurley will pay celebrate White in NBC’s “Betty White’s 90th Birthday: A Tribute to America’s Golden Girl” (Monday, January 16 at 8/7c).

Previously announced stars include Mary Tyler Moore, and White’s “Mary Tyler Moore Show” co-stars Ed Asner, Valerie Harper and Gavin MacLeod, as well as Hugh Jackman, Carol Burnett, Jay Leno and Amy Poehler. Additionally, White’s “Hot in Cleveland” co-stars Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves will deliver birthday greetings along with Joel McHale and William Shatner.

Directly following the special is the premiere of White’s new raucous candid camera series, “Betty White’s Off Their Rockers” (9:30/8:30c). Appearing at the Television Critics Association Press Tour in Pasadena on Friday, White described the strategy behind new reality series, which features senior citizens pulling pranks on unsuspecting citizens. “I think the angle of this show is that it’s the seniors pranking the younger people, so that instead of they’re the poor ones being taken advantage of, don’t sell them short. They’re just hip enough and maybe mean enough to want to get even,” she said. “So I think it’s just kind of a reverse psychology of the poor old senior. It’s, “Hey, we’ve got a sense of humor too, warped as it may be.”

One of those warped moments involves an elderly woman asking a young girl to help decipher her boyfriend’s bawdy sext messages. “Sex is pretty funny,” White laughed. “Let’s face it.

“I mean, everything gets back to be sexually oriented that if you can’t laugh at it, then you’re going to be in terrible trouble.”
