Hasn’t Vienna Girardi learned that all’s fair in love and reality TV? After being “surprised” by ex-fiance Jake Pavelka on this past season of “The Bachelor Pad,” you’d think she would understand the stakes of unscripted television. Apparently not. According to TMZ, the former “Bachelor” winner stormed off the set of “Relationship Rehab” last week after producers confronted her with her ex, Lee Smith.

Vienna and her other ex-boyfriend, Kasey Kahl, were on the show attempting to figure out how he could continue to guard and protect her heart. But according to a TMZ source, Vienna had a meltdown after spotting Smith during a routine-sit-down on the show. (Smith is the guy who she was reportedly sending flirty emails to while still engaged to Jake.)

The source says Vienna ripped off her mic, stormed out, and screamed at producers that she “hates” them.

This isn’t the first time she’s made an unexpected exit. In July 2010, a tearful Vienna called Pavelka a “fame whore” before walking off the set of their ABC break-up special.

As for “Rehab” – the show has already finished taping and Vienna has yet to return. As TMZ notes, it’s still unclear whether she violated her contract by departing before it wrapped for the season.
