It’s a bittersweet week for “Community” fans: Thursday night gives us the last episode before the show’s open-ended hiatus, but at least the episode is a holiday-themed musical extravaganza. And if the scene below is any indication, it’s going to be so much more fun than “Glee” ever is.

In the clip, Abed (Danny Pudi) has found a loophole that will allow his room/soulmate Troy (Donald Glover), a Jehovah’s Witness, to get in the Christmas spirit: he can gather intel about the holiday and bring it back to the people in his church.

Of course, it’s a ruse, but the two of them are so happy to have found this loophole, they spontaneously break into a rap, with their blanket fort of a bedroom doubling as a set for a sweet-looking music video. We especially like how much Troy is enjoying the cosy Christmas sweater he’s wearing. Who says infiltrating Christmas has to be a chore?
