On Friday, Matt Lauer teased that his first destination on the “Where in The World Is Matt Lauer” anniversary tour would be a place that “conjures up thoughts of a child’s worst fright, but there are no people to scare in this skier’s delight.” After pondering the clue all weekend, Lauer’s “Today” co-hosts were still stumped on Monday morning. “I thought it was Transylvania,” said Ann Curry. Guess again, Ann! So where was he? Namibia’s Skeleton Coast, which he illustrated by skiing down a gigantic sand dune. Watch it below:
