ABC will be dangling the chance for love to the heartbroken Ben Flajnik when “The Bachelor” returns on January 2 with a two-hour premiere beginning at 8 p.m., ET. Believe it or not, the new season will mark the 16th edition of the series.
When we last saw Ben, Ashley Hebert had just rejected his proposal in the finale of “The Bachelorette.” Now, according to ABC, “Ben is ready to put all the disappointment and hurt behind him in order to move on with his life, his phenomenal success as a businessman and winemaker, and his search for the right woman to be his wife and to start a family with.”
Chris Harrison returns as the host of “The Bachelor” and early leaks from the set have reportedly confirmed some of the ladies in contention, ranging from models to financial advisors with hometowns that span from Tampa to LA. The full list can be found here.
Will the self-professed modern Renaissance man find his soul mate from among the 25 bachelorettes? Tune in and find out.
