As if his week hasn’t been dramatic enough, now controversial dance pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy is battling an injury.

The “Dancing with the Stars” bad boy revealed on Twitter that he has a broken toe. (We’ll assume this is a “Dancing”-related injury and NOT the result of a stomping from Len.)

“One thing that could make this Halloween weekend better — NOT having a broken toe!,” Maks tweeted Friday.

That’s fine a capper to a feud-filled week ignited by a tiff between Maks and head judge Len Goodman after Len criticized Maks and Hope’s Rumba Monday night. Maks lashed out in defense, which some found to be disrespectful, particularly Len’s counterpart Carrie Ann Inaba, and later made matters worse declaring that DWTS is HIS show, irking some of his fellow dancers.

The bad break is not expected to hamper Maks and Hope’s Halloween Samba planned for Monday night’s Halloween-themed spooktacular.
