When “The Voice” returns for its second season in February, there will be a new face joining the cast.
No, Carson Daly is safe (somehow). But viewers will find singer-actress Christina Milian backstage with the singers as the new Social Media Correspondent, Deadline reports. She replaces Alison Haislip.
Christina’s extensive musical background and widespread recognition make her the perfect choice for the role of Social Media Correspondent on The Voice,” said Paul Telegdy, NBC president of alternative programming. “Her experience as a singer will provide a comfort level to our artists when they speak to her about the ins and outs of the competition.”
“The Voice” returns with a mega Season 2 premiere, airing after the Super Bowl on Feb. 5, before moving to its new time slot on Mondays from 8-10 p.m./ET on NBC.
