Morgan Wilson, one of the finalists from the first season of “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” has been indicted on child pornography charges, according to the Plano Star-Courier. Wilson was originally arrested last December, a month after the finale of the Bravo show, after undercover investigators received file transfers from Wilson’s computer through the file sharing program Limewire. He is scheduled to appear before a Collin County judge on October 27.
The images from the file transfer allegedly contained photos and videos of sexual acts performed by children who were as young as toddlers, according to the report. Wilson now is facing three second-degree felony charges for possession and intent to distribute child pornography. Wilson was released on a $10,000 bond following his arrest last year.
The pastry chef finished the season as second runner up in last fall’s “Just Desserts.”
