NBC’s highly anticipated midseason musical drama “Smash” is adding some new voices.
Nick Jonas and Tony winner Bernadette Peters will guest star in back-to-back episodes beginning on Monday, Feb. 6 (10/9c).
Jonas will play Lyle West, who is described by NBC as a “hot sitcom star who started his career as a child actor in a Broadway show written by Tom (Christian Borle) and directed by Derek (Jack Davenport).” Peters will appear as Leigh Conroy, Ivy’s (Megan Hilty) “Tony award-winning mother who was once a theater sensation but now lives vicariously through her daughter.”
“Smash” centers around the production of a Broadway musical about the life of Marilyn Monroe.
