Kyle MacLachlan Cast in ‘SVU’s Take on the Schwarzenegger Scandal

The Hollywood scandal that terminated Arnold Schwarzenegger’s marriage to Maria Shriver is getting ripped from the headlines by “Law & Order: SVU,” reports Deadline Hollywood.
“SVU” Loses Another Cast Member
The crime procedural will feature an Ahh-nold inspired storyline on the upcoming 13th season in which a prominent man in his fifties with ties to a high-profile American family is found to have a secret love child with a member of his household staff.
Kyle MacLachlan (“Desperate Housewives”) has been cast in the roguish role, with Paige Turco (“NYPD Blue”) playing the betrayed wife, according to TV Line.
The new season of “Law & Order: SVU” kicks off on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 10/9c on NBC.
