Billy the Exterminator (aka Billy Bretherton) has turned pest control into a big business – and big TV ratings. But apparently the man Louisiana’s creepiest critters fear most needs bigger challenges. For the fourth season of his A&E series, “Billy the Exterminator,” which starts a run of 26 new half-hour episodes on August 2, Bretherton is hitting “hits the road for the first time in search of challenges that are bigger, badder and better,” according to a network press release. What does bigger, badder, better mean? Per the network, “going after giant pythons in the Florida Everglades, wrestling 10-foot gators in Texas, chasing a herd of razor-toothed javelina in Arizona, or fighting off an aerial attack by 30-pound geese in North Carolina, Billy comes to the rescue with humor, compassion, and a whole lot of attitude.”
