Three names top a short list to replace daytime TV icon Regis Philbin when he leaves “Live with Regis and Kelly” in November, the Wall Street Journal is reporting.

Omnipresent radio and TV host Ryan Seacrest; Andy Cohen, host of the Bravo talk show “Watch What Happens: Live” (who is also Bravo’s executive vice president of original programming); and actor Mark Consuelos are all under consideration, according to people close to Disney-ABC Domestic Television, which distributes the show.

Conseulos — husband of co-host Kelly Ripa — has guest-hosted a number of times, as has Cohen, a friend of Ripa’s. All three have live TV experience (but don’t yet have a “Reege”-like nickname).

A spokeswoman for Disney-ABC declined to comment, noting that Philbin, 79, isn’t due to leave the show he has hosted since it began 28 years ago until November. “It’s ridiculous at this point to be speculating about who will replace him,” she said.

We’ll be the judge of that.
