Fox is in talks with “Glee” star Jane Lynch to host this year’s Emmys.

The network – which is home to the Sept. 18 broadcast – is reportedly looking to keep their choice in-house. (Seems about right if you consider NBC’s pick of Jimmy Fallon last year and CBS with Neil Patrick Harris the year before.)

According to Deadline, the multi-hyphenate Lynch is Fox’s top choice. Other potential candidates include “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane and “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest (who previously hosted in 2007).
