It took a few weeks for Jacob Lusk’s bad attitude (remember his “Man in the Mirror” comment?) to catch up to him. Will Haley Reinhart suffer the same fate after Wednesday night’s run-in with judge Randy Jackson on “American Idol“?

In a rare moment of attitude – point of record: Haley’s usually all smiles and sweetness when we’ve seen her – the singer reportedly “stalked off stage only raising her hand once to the audience” after receiving negative comment from Jackson over her rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Earth Song” on Wednesday night, according to E! Online.

When asked about it by executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, the judge’s reaction was, “What am I supposed to do?”

Haley spoke to reporters backstage after Wednesday’s taping and, as reported by E!, told them, “Yeah I’m mad. Everybody else gets good feedback and they really let me have it. They don’t feel bad for me. Never have, never will. I got a little upset because that song is downright inspiring and emotional. No matter what, that hit me to the heart.”

Do voters have enough heart to vote Haley through tonight? We’ll soon find out, and XfinityTV.com will have a bird’s eye view of the drama behind Thursday night’s results show. Check back in the morning for that report.
