Anyone who shudders at the words “Donald Trump for President” might want to hold on to their hats.

Because clues that The Donald is indeed serious about throwing his hat into the presidential ring continue to mount.

Here’s the latest: Trump will be announcing a press conference on the live, two-hour season finale of “Celebrity Apprentice” on May 22, according to Newsmax.

At that press conference, to be held a few days later in the Trump Tower in New York, Trump reportedly will announce his official decision on whether or not he will run for the presidency.

Trump dismissed the notion that he would actually be announcing his candidacy on the show — “I can’t announce during the show, I really can’t” and “I’m not allowed to,” reports The Observer.

Making an announcement about an announcement? Yep, that’s just the sort of thing publicity master Trump would do!
