Billy Ray Cyrus Headed Back To ‘The View’

Billy Ray Cyrus has rescheduled a date to talk with the ladies of “The View,” and his story might be even better than it was last month when he backed out of the show. He’ll appear on Friday, March 18 – a month after Cyrus gave an emotionally raw interview to GQ magazine criticizing the Disney series “Hannah Montana” for destroying his family and pushing his superstar daughter, Miley, out of his life. He was immediately booked on “The View” and “Good Morning America,” where he was expected to elaborate (TV loves when a famous family fights), but his 18-year-old daughter pressured him to back out of both. Cyrus did, explaining to People, “It is very important to me to work on mending my family right now.” Is all better? We’ll see. This Saturday, Cyrus is performing at the Strawberry Festival in Plant City, FL, and sounding buoyant Friday morning, he tweeted, “Come out and say hello.” We’re anticipating conversation on “The View” will go beyond hello.
