Paula Abdul’s new CBS series “Live to Dance” tapes next door to her old show, “American Idol,” and even shares a common hallway. Recently Abdul walked out of her show’s control room and mistakenly tried to get into her old dressing room, which was locked. “I’m such an idiot,” she told “Access Hollywood.” But the dippy dance diva shares more than studio space with “Idol.” This Wednesday, her show will air at the same time as “Idol,” competing for viewers, ratings, and bragging rights.
