There’s a major shake-up going on at NBC’s “Law & Order: Los Angeles.”

Leading man Skeet Ulrich and two other cast members are leaving the series as part of a significant “creative overhaul,” according to Deadline.com. Cha-Chung!

Co-stars Regina Hall and Megan Boone are also out, it was revealed Tuesday. Ulrich plays Detective Rex Winters on the law side, while the ladies help keep the order in check as DDAs Evelyn Price (Hall) and Lauren Stanton (Boone).

Hall’s character works for ADA Morales (Alfred Molina) and Boone’s legal eagle flies under Jonah “Joe” Dekker (Terrence Howard). Producers are reportedly seeking at least one actress for a possible new female ADA role on the show.

After a strong debut, the ratings have been relatively flat for the sixth series in the “L&O” franchise, which averages eight million viewers per week. That said, “LOLA” still ranks as the highest-rated new drama on NBC this fall, according to Deadline.

The behind-the-scenes drama is not expected to stop production on the Dick Wolf series, which is currently filming episode 12. This latest “L&O” spin-off premiered September 29, 2010, and received a full season pick-up in October.
