It was a tense morning on the set of the CBS comedy “Two and a Half Men” as cast and crew waited to see if star Charlie Sheen would make it to work.

TMZ.com reported Monday that Sheen went on an “epic bender” in Las Vegas over the weekend at the Palm hotel, pounding vodka and hooking up with porn stars.

And yet, Deadline.com reported, Sheen arrived on set this morning.

This isn’t the first time Sheen’s substance abuse problem has made headlines. As recently as October, he reportedly trashed a New York hotel room with yet another porn star in attendance. Sheen was described as a ”functioning addict” who may have lost as much as 25 pounds over the holidays, according to Deadline.com.

As a result, Warner Bros TV and CBS, who produce the hit show, increased their efforts to shut down production on the show to get Sheen help, but he has refused to enter treatment.

Following the latest debacle, Sheen was joined by a “sober living partner,” but that person is no longer around.

WBTV signed Sheen to a new two-year deal in May.
