Reality shows are busting at the seams with feuds, catfights, and backstabbing. But no one, especially Holly Madison, saw this one coming. On the new season of “Holly’s World,” viewers get to watch the former “Girls Next Door” star and Playboy model battle it out with producers of her Las Vegas burlesque show, Peepshow, over her body. Yes, her body.

“The director and the choreographer think I have to lose weight,” Madison tells us. “They didn’t give me an exact number [of pounds] to lose, but all the other girls in the show are professional dancers and fitness models on the side, so they all have 12-packs and no boobs and most don’t have butts. It’s not for me. It’s not what I want to look like.”

She’s got two good reasons to feel that way: 1, She’d like to promote a healthy body image and show that real women have booties. “A healthy body image important to me to show to my fans,” she says. And 2, “I just feel that the choreography in the show is hip hop and if I don’t have an a– to shake I’ll look pretty stupid,” she laughs.

To “humor” producers, she admits she went on a diet to shed some lbs.  “I went on the fresh diet and had my meals delivered, and cleaned up how I eat,” she says. “I eat a lot less fast food than I used to. I have my cheat days every once in a while like everybody does. I think I’ve been pretty good and I lost a couple of pounds.”

But don’t expect the blonde bombshell to lose her hourglass figure. “I don’t think I want to lose what they want me to lose. I don’t want that look, but that’s what they’re selling, whether they want to nitpick me to death or not,” she says.

As Madison points out it’s kind of a moot point, as she doesn’t have a weight clause in her contract. “To me,” she adds, “it’s more about respect and recognizing hard work and not basing it on their own snobby opinions of what a dancer should look like. It’s crazy to me.”

“Holly’s World” season 2 debuts on E! on January 23 at 10:30/9:30c.
