A member of the ‘Deadliest Catch‘ crew was caught earlier this month in a different kind of net.

Jake Harris, a deckhand and son of the late boat captain Phil Harris, was linked to drug paraphernalia found on the boat by law enforcement, TMZ reported.

New “Cornelia Marie” captain Derek Ray called police to report one of the crew had been abusing prescription drugs while at sea. The Unalaska Department of Public Safety (Unalaska is a city in Alaska, not some sort of bizarre-o state) responded on Nov. 5 and reportedly found “paraphernalia” on board, but do not plan to file charges against Harris.

A representative for Harris told TMZ that “Jake is looking forward to returning as part of the Cornelia Marie crew to the Bearing Sea for the opolio crab season in January.”

Harris isn’t the first ‘Catch’ star to run afoul of the law. Joshua Tell Warner, who worked briefly on the F/V Wizard crab boat in 2009, was sentenced to nine years in prison this May after pleading guilty to robbing three Oregon banks.
