Dina Lohan is siccing her lawyers on ‘Glee‘ not because the Fox series misspelled her daughter Lindsay‘s name in an on-screen subtitle, but because of the nature of some jokes that were made about the troubled starlet.

‘Glee’ Recap: You Gwyneth Some, You Lose Some

“Lindsey (sic) Lohan is totally crazy, right?” Spanish sub Holly Holiday (played by guest star Gwyneth Paltrow) asked her class en Espanol in the Nov. 16 episode.

The teach then asks, “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab? Five times, yes!” – and it was that particular dig that perhaps set off Mama Lohan the most.

“Our lawyers are sending a letter [to 'Glee'],” Dina Lohan tells GossipCop.com, contending that the dialogue defamed Lindsay, who is currently laboring to right herself in a (yes, fifth) rehab stay.

A Fox rep had no comment for Fancast on the flap.
